Need some consistency in your hormonal cycle? Try H-Regulator

Abstract: What if your hormones are just a touch out of balance, and when it comes to “that time of the month,” you really aren’t in full control of your emotions? Not to mention having to deal with the pain, discomfort, headache, bloatedness and general inconvenience that goes along with your period itself. Not that you need it of course, but safe, natural, effective help is at hand, in the form of H-Regulator. Without interfering too greatly with your body’s own natural hormonal processes, the chasteberry contained in H-Regulator helps provide relief from many of the unwanted symptoms associated with pre-menstrual syndrome and menopause, as well as helping to stabilise the menstrual cycle.

Has your husband ever told you that you’re “irrational?” “Crazy?” “Completely unreasonable?” First things first, he’s totally out of line, and probably doesn’t know what he’s talking about. But what if maybe, just maybe, somewhere in between the fantasies of reaching out and slapping that mouth of his shut, the tears in the morning when you realise that the skirt you’d wanted to wear is still in the wash, and the hugs that upset you when you get them because you want them but don’t like them because you know he’s only hugging you because you want him to – what if there is some inkling of truth? What if your hormones are just a touch out of balance, and when it comes to “that time of the month,” you really aren’t in full control of your emotions? Not to mention having to deal with the pain, discomfort, headache, bloatedness and general inconvenience that goes along with your period itself.

Not that you need help of course, but safe, natural, effective help is at hand, in the form of H-Regulator.

Without greatly upsetting your body’s own natural hormonal processes, the chasteberry contained in H-Regulator helps provide relief from many of the unwanted symptoms associated with pre-menstrual syndrome and menopause, as well as helping to stabilise the menstrual cycle. Large scale clinical trials have also demonstrated that 20mg per day of chasteberry can be particularly effective in relieving irritability, mood swings, headache and depression associated with the menstrual cycle. In one instance, 93% of 1634 women taking chasteberry reported a significant improvement in the above symptoms over the course of three menstrual cycles [1]. Further studies [2] have indicated that more than half of women who take chasteberry daily for three or more cycles experience a reduction in anger, mood swings and headache symptoms of greater than 50%.

Randomised, controlled clinical trials [1, 2] have shown 20mg per day of chasteberry to significantly improve the experience of mastalgia, or breast tenderness, among women. The feeling of breast tenderness in women around the time of their period is primarily due to the release of a hormone known as prolactin. Prolactin release is under the control of cellular receptors known as dopamine D2 receptors which, when activated, decrease the release of prolactin and consequently the experience of breast fullness. Research [3] has conclusively shown chasteberry to activate dopamine D2 receptors, providing an explanation and sound mechanism of action for its relief of mastalgia.

In addition, chasteberry possesses a unique ability to improve menstrual cycle irregularities such as oligomenorrhoea (irregular menstruation), dysmenorrhoea (painful menstruation) and amenorrhoea (absent menstruation) [4]. Chasteberry may also be effective in providing pain relief, in a manner similar to recognised opioid analgesics; in vitro laboratory studies [5] have shown chasteberry to effectively target cellular μ-opioid receptors, explaining their ability to minimise the experience of pain and discomfort during menstruation.

Importantly, none of the studies investigating the effects of chasteberry have reported any significant side effects, which is further indicative of chasteberry’s excellent safety profile.

Every woman could use some relief from the symptoms of PMS, menstruation and menopause. The chasteberry in H-Regulator can help improve mood swings, irritability, headache, depression, breast tenderness, bloating, cycle regularity and pain experienced during PMS and menstruation. Soy isoflavones are also included, primarily to control for unwanted symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flushes, perspiration and bone degeneration. H-Regulator is therefore safe for ongoing use throughout the various stages of a woman’s life – from puberty, through menopause, right into old age.

Help restore some balance to your life. And your hormones. Make H-Regulator part of your daily health routine.
